Return Policy

Shoe Thrill has a 30 day return policy. To qualify for a return, merchandise must be shipped back to us within 30 days from original purchase date and must not be worn outdoors and must not have signs of wear and tear. 
There are no exceptions to the return policy other than for manufacturer defect. 
Some of our brands carry extended manufacturers warranty, please inquire about brand specific policy by phone or e-mail listed in our contact us page.

If you believe your merchandise has a manufacturer defect, you may submit photos of your merchandise via e-mail and we will advise you if your merchandise qualifies for a refund from the manufacturer. Please do not ship us items to be reviewed for manufacturer defect without prior approval. We will charge return shipping to you if the item does not qualify for a manufacturer defect refund.

When returns are processed, credit back to your account should reflect back on your banking statement within 3-5 business days. When you ship us your return merchandise, we will credit your account back to the original payment method used. 

Special orders not commonly carried in our inventory will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This will be reflected on your return receipt.



Orders are processed during normal store business hours Monday through Friday. Orders will not be processed on major holidays when our store is closed. 

We ship via USPS and FedEx. Standard shipping times range from 2-5 business business days from the time the order is processed by staff.
